Yes, You're Welcome!
We meet every Sunday, 9:30am in the assembly hall at Turramurra North Public School.
Come as you are. We have no expectations of what you must wear. Some of our members like to dress like they're going to the beach. Others like to dress like they're going to a business meeting - and everywhere in between!
When you come along you'll see signage from the school front leading you into the school and to the hall where you'll be greeted by friendly people.
During our time together we like to have a brief time where we invite everyone to welcome someone else to church. We love to welcome everyone, whether they're visiting or they've been coming along to church for years.
We sing songs, have a Bible reading, hear some teaching on a passage from the Bible and have a time of prayer, all led by our friendly and capable members from the front. You'll hear a lot about Jesus and how the good news of Jesus impacts our lives. That's because we consider ourselves lifelong learners of the Lord Jesus Christ; just ordinary people who worship an extraordinary God who has saved us and made us his own.
You won't be asked to read the Bible or pray aloud - you're welcome to engage with the service as much as you feel comfortable.
After the service we usually continue chatting over tea and coffee.
Kids [Alive] / Youth [Revo]
We're a church for all the family so every Sunday we run ALIVE (our program for Creche [0-4] and primary age kids [Kindy to Year 5]) and REVO (for youth in Years 6 to 9).
We have a dedicated team of leaders who have all completed up to date Safe Ministry Training and have current Working With Children Checks, which clears and equips them to work with children and vulnerable people.
We are registered as a COVID Safe business and are committed to providing a safe environment for all attending our Sunday services. We also have COVID Safe outdoor seating options available.
